Драги сограѓанки и сограѓани на Република Македонија и светот,
Нашата земја е во процес на предвремени избори. Тешки зборови, заплашување и повремени насилнички акти веќе започнаа, дури и пред официјалниот/законски почеток на изборните кампањи. Од минатото научивме дека постои голема можност од ескалација на насилничките акти и попречување на изборниот процес.
Затоа,
Ве повикуваме да ја потпишете оваа петиција и да ја распространите пораката за мир и ненасилство.
Ние, персоналот, активистите и поддржувачите на Цивил – Центар за слобода, членовите на Работните групи за Избори без насилство 2011, луѓето со добра волја и граѓаните на Република Македонија, гласачите во земјата и во странство, активистите за мир и човекови права, ја потпишуваме оваа петиција со цел да го кренеме гласот против насилството воопшто и оруженото насилство посебно, во текот на изборниот процес во Република Македонија.
Апелираме за мирни, фер и ненасилни избори.
Бараме зрелост и искреност од лидерите на политичките партии. Ги повикуваме да се придржуваат кон нивните ветувања, декларации и потписи за ненасилство во овој процес.
Апелираме до активистите и симпатизерите на политичките партии да се воздржат од секаков облик на насилство или заплашување на оние што се на страната на различна политичка опција.
Бараме владеење на правото, демократија и почитување на човековите права и слободи. Организирањето и спроведувањето ненасилни, фер и демократски избори ќе ја докаже посветеноста на државните и локалните институции на власта кон демократијата и човековите права.
Категорично бараме пиштолите и мускулите да се исфрлат од овој процес.
Повикуваме на нулта толеранција за насилството за време на изборите. Имаме неприкосновено право да гласаме слободно, без страв, без закани и без насилство.
Мирни избори за иднина. Насилни избори за беда.

PËR ZGJEDHJE PA DHUNË

Tё nderuar bashkёqytetare dhe bashkёqytetarё tё Republikёs sё Maqedonisё dhe botёs,
Vendi ynё ёshtё nё proces tё zgejdhjeve tё parakohshme. Fjalё tё rёnda, frikёsime dhe kohё pas kohe akte tё dhunёs, tanimё kanё filluar edhe para fillimit zyrtar/ligjor tё fushatёs parazgjedhore. Nga e kaluara kemi mёsuar se ekziston mundёsi e madhe pёr eskalim tё akteve tё dhunёs nё procesin zgjedhor.
Pёr kёtё shkak,
Ju ftojmё tё nёnshkruani kёtё peticion dhe tё shpёrndani porosinё pёr paqe dhe jo dhunё.
Ne, personeli, aktivistёt dhe pёrkrahёsit e CIVIL – Qendra pёr Liri, anёtarёt e grupeve punuese pёr Zgjedhje pa dhunё 2011, njerёzit me vullnet tё mirё dhe qytetarёt e Republikёs sё Maqedonisё, votuesit nё vend dhe nё botёn e jashtme, aktivistёt pёr paqe dhe pёr tё drejtat e njeriut, e nёnshkruajmё kёtё peticion me qёllim tё ngritjes sё zёrit kundёr dhunёs nё pёrgjithёsi dhe kundёr dhunёs me armё nё veçanti, gjatё procesit zgjedhor nё Republikёn e Maqedonisё.
Apelojmё pёr zgjedhje tё qeta, fer dhe pa dhunё.
Kёrkojmё pjekuri dhe sinqeritet nga partitё politike. U apelojmё t’iu pёrmbahen premtimeve, deklarimeve tё tyre dhe nёnshkrimit tё tyre kundёr dhunёs nё kёto zgjedhje.
Apelojmё deri te aktivistёt dhe simpatizuesit e partive politike tё pёrmbahen nga çdo lloj forme e dhunёs ose frikёsimit tё atyre qё kanё bindje tё ndryshme politike.
Kёrkojmё sundim tё sё drejtёs, demokraci dhe respektim tё tё drejtave dhe lirive tё njeriut. Organizimi dhe mbajtja e zgjedhjeve fer, demokratike dhe pa dhunё do tё dёshmojё pёr pёrkushtueshmёrinё e institucioneve qeverisёse shtetёrore dhe lokale ndaj demokracisё dhe tё drejtave tё njeriut.
Kategorikisht kёrkojmё pistoletat dhe muskujt tё mbeten jashtё kёtij procesi.
Bёjmё thirje pёr zero tolerancё ndaj dhunёs gjate kohёs sё zgjedhjeve. Kemi tё drejtё tё pakontestueshme pёr votim tё lirё, pa frikё, pa kёrcёnime dhe pa dhunё.
Zgjedhje tё lira pёr ardhёmёri. Zgjedhje mё dhunё pёr mjerim.
Çka do tё zgjedhni?

FOR VIOLENCE-FREE ELECTIONS

Dear fellow citizens of the Republic of Macedonia and the world,
Our country is in the process of early elections. Hard words, intimidation, and occasional violent acts have already started even before the official / legal start of the electoral campaigns. We learn from the past that escalation of violent acts and disruption of the elections process is highly possible.
Therefore,
We invite you to sign this petition and spread the word of peace and nonviolence.
We, the staff, activists and supporters of Civil – Center for Freedom, the members of the Working Groups on Violence Free Elections 2011, good-willed people and citizens of the Republic of Macedonia, voters in the country and abroad, peace and human rights activists, sign this petition in order to raise our voice against violence in general, and gun violence in particular, during the early elections process in the Republic of Macedonia.
We appeal for peaceful, fair and nonviolent elections.
We demand maturity and sincerity from the political party leaders. We call upon them to stick to their promises, declarations and signatures for nonviolence in this process.
We appeal to the political party activists and supporters to restrain from any form of violence or intimidation against those who are in favor of a different political option.
We demand rule of law, democracy, and respect for human rights and freedoms. Organizing and conducting nonviolent, fair and democratic elections will prove state and local governing institutions’ commitment to democracy and human rights.
We strongly demand guns and muscles out of this process.
We call for zero tolerance for any form of violence or intimidation during elections. We have an inviolable right to vote free from fear, intimidation and violence.
Peaceful elections for future. Violent elections for misery.
